These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Streakers mobile application ("App") operated by Streakers ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Streakers. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You create an account by verifying your phone number via SMS. You are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

3. How Streakers Works

Streakers is a habit accountability app where members join challenges, deposit a stake, and commit to a weekly check-in target.

• Deposits: You deposit a stake amount when joining a challenge. Deposits are processed by Stripe.
• Check-ins: You submit photo proof of your daily habit. Check-ins are visible to other challenge members.
• Weekly payouts: At the end of each week, members who miss their check-in target forfeit a portion of their stake. Forfeited amounts are distributed to members who met their target.
• Withdrawals: Earnings can be withdrawn to your bank account via Stripe Connect.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Streakers for authentication purposes only (one-time verification codes). Message frequency varies based on sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. By depositing funds, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Deposits are non-refundable once a challenge week has begun. Forfeited amounts are final and distributed according to the payout rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or misleading check-in photos
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate challenges
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. By posting check-in photos, you grant Streakers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them to other challenge members within the App. We do not use your content for advertising or share it publicly outside the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Streakers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific financial outcomes from participating in challenges.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streakers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of funds from challenge participation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
